Defrag/Reduce Size of STM File   

How do I defrag or reduce the size of a STM File.

My database size has reached an upper limit of 16GB.  My STM file size has 
reached more than 5GB.

How can I reduce its size?  Is there any utility like ESEUTIL to defrag STM 
File?

Hi,

The stm file will be defragged when you run an eseutil /d.

Look in the eventlog for events 1221. This event will tell you how much 
space that can be gained by running defrag.
