I need to run eseutil /p on one of the storage group mailbox store but get error -1032 (JETT_errFileAccessDenied). does this mean I need to stop information store service to run eseutil? I do not want to stop it since other storage group are on line and being accessed. Thanks Sayfee
Hi, You must dismount the database that you are going to run eseutil on. Why do you need to run a repair of the database? Remember that you might loose data when repairing a database. If possible one should always select to restore if there is problems with a database. Hi; I need to restore mailbox of a user who left 3 years ago and her AD account was deleted a year after. was able to restore from tape into recovery storage group and able to mount the database. however cannot recover that specific mailbox but I can recover other mailboxes if account still exist in AD. when runing exmerge, her name does not show up in the list of users and get and error which says there are errors with some users. any idea how can I get to mailbox?
