exchange 20003   
Has anyone has had problem with exchange where emails where sent, but never 
got out.  the server has norton and well as trendmicro scan mail on it. I am 
wondering if it is the IMF or xexch50

Hard to say what's going on...you haven't provided much info. Have you 
enabled message tracking? Looked at it?
Re the file-level AV (Norton), you *are* excluding all the requisite 
Exchange folders from any and all antivirus scanning, right?
