Public Folders for Project e-mail
We use public folders and outlook for easy retrieval of project related
e-mail. All employees are required to move e-mail to the correct folder for
easy retrieval of anyone on the team. As you can imagine, some duplication
occurs, but it is better than having all that mail stuck on someone's
workstation. One feature I would like to add would be a way to CC: the
proper folder when sending mail. Any thoughts out there?
Thanks
Richard

Just mail-enable it.

When you say '....stuck on someone's workstation', do you mean you're using
PST files for some reason?

Re: Public Folders for Project e-mail

had archive pst files.

So you've gotten away from PST files now, though, right? Everyone keeps
important stuff in the Exchange mailbox or public folders? PST files are
best avoided.

In ESM, find the folder, right-click on it, Exchange tasks, mail enable.
