Event ID 9646
Hi,

I have an Small Business Server 2003 running Exchange 2003 SP1. About once
or twice a day, these errors are logged in the event viewer and the user's
mailbox freezes:

Event ID 9646: Mapi session "/o=company/ou=first administrative
group/cn=Recipients/cn=username" exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type
"objtMessageView". For more information, click
http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp.

They are logged for different users and different objects.

There are 17 PCs on the network and there is only normal activity going on.
There are no viruses or relayers.

Can anyone give me an idea of how to find out what is causing this? The kb
articles don't apply and I can't find anything else.

Thanks

Jane
