Exchange 2003 server crash! Info store recoverable?
My Exchange 2003 server crashed. I was able to copy the Exchsvr directory
from the crippled machine. Is there any way I can restore these files to a
new server?

Re: Exchange 2003 server crash! Info store recoverable?
Hi,

If you install a new server with the same name and install exchange with the
/disasterrecovery switch (remember also to install any service packs with
the same switch). You should now be able to copy the old mdbdata folder to
the new server and try to mount the bases. You will however most probably
have to run a repair of the stores - eseutil /p

This should also help:
