Create an automatic email when you receive a popup of an appointme   

When I create an appointment I programm a popup (notice) and when the 
appointment is going to happen the popup (notice) window appears.

Is it possible to do that besides the window of popup windows informs about 
automatic form sent an e-mail to the manager of the appointment and to the 
guests?
