Exchange 2007 quota message received -no limits in either user or mailbox store
Hi,

I have received a "your mailbox is almost full" message sent by Exchange at
midnight.
neither mailbox stores nor mailboxes have any quota.
Your mailbox is almost full.

      1948MB

     2048MB

      Current size

     Maximum size

Please reduce your mailbox size. Delete any items you don't need from your
mailbox and empty your Deleted Items folder.

Where can I check to avoid users receiving such quota messages.
server is exchange2007 no-sp1

thx

RE: Exchange 2007 quota message received -no limits in either user or
Hi, If you run " get-mailbox "username" | format-list " through EMS you see
the values prohibitsendquota and prohibitsendreceivequota , are they set to
unlimited? if not you can change this using set-mailbox with teh options
above. You probably already did this though... be good to know though.
