DC/Exchange
I cannot seem to figure out this problem. I have two DC's (2000 OS) and a
member server Exchange 2000 (2000 OS). The problem is when I reboot the first
DC all the clients get disconnected from the Exchange server (yes, both dc's
are configured for DNS and the Exchange server is configured for both. With
DNS configured correctly I am not sure what else this could be. The FSMO
roles are configured the right way, I just don't get it.

Scenerio, so if my first DC is offline, nobody can connect to the Exchange
server. Please help.

Re: DC/Exchange
Hi,

Are both DC's also configured as GC's?

Re: DC/Exchange
Yes, both are GC's. I also double checked the Exchange properties to verify
that it was seeing both DC's and GC's. I don't remember the exact menu, but
if you go to System Manager for Exchange, right click on the domain there is
a tab in there too see what is registered.

I am not sure, never seen this before.
