I have an exchange organisation comprising three Exchange 2003 servers, I would like to create Public Folders that are only visible to Users based on which server they reside on. How do I go a bout doing this. There are to many users on the servers to be able to manage base permissions on Groups, in this case.
there is no direct way of doing it the only thing i can think of is to create a group that includes users on that server for example, if you have 500 users on server_a you could have those users in a group called users_on_server_a and give that groups rights to that folder and the same for other folders besides that i can't see any way of doing it "Peter Mwaka" wrote in message news:5ohi3qFmq910U1@mid.individual.net... >I have an exchange organisation comprising three Exchange 2003 servers, I >would like to create Public Folders that are only visible to Users based on >which server they reside on.
