Re: Delayed message delivery?
I'd start with message tracking...see where they're being held up...for
email from the Internet or other Exchange servers, you can examine the
header info, too...that should get you started...

Thanks for the tip Susan. Message tracking was turned on when I went to
look and I tracked down the one message and it was sent and delivered within
the same second according to the logs. Of course the user claimes otherwise
and didn't have any other example messages for me to look at.
Is there a way to track when Outlook picked up the message? The user is not
in cached mode.
As I mentioned this was a message that was sent to a distribution list and
everyone else on the list received the message in a timely fashion. Which
just means that the message was sent on Sunday night and everyone else saw
it Monday morning when they returned to work and logged in. My user had
someone else just print it for her.
