We're trying to figure a way to create a company Calendar using Public Folders that doesn't necessitate a user entering an event twice: in their personal calendar and then in the company calendar. Our idea involved trying to create a mail-enabled public-folder calendar that the user could email once they create the event in their personal calendar. But I don't seem to be able to find a way to do this, so that the mail-enabled public folder will be able to "accept" an event invitation. Is this idea possible? Is there some other way of accomplishing this? Thanks.

You can't use a public folder calendar for this, but you could set up a resource calendar in a shared mailbox, with an autoaccept script: http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm
