Hi, Exchange 2000. Outlook 2003. Messages from a particular person usually show in red on any of my users inbox that receives them. If they are moved to another folder, they are not in red anymore. There is nothing in the current view settings (which are mostly default) that should cause this. I assume the sender is doing something to cause this, and would like to know what it is. Thanks, Peter
