I need to enable read and delivery receipts on my Exchange 2000 server. I checked the settings on the mail server and they appear correct. I tested sending to myself from an outside Outlook client and I got a delivery receipt, but not a read receipt even though I requested both. I need to be able to have external senders receive both delivery and read receipts. Can somebody please point me in the right direction? Thanks.
