ESM and mailbox sizes.
We are getting close to our limit with our IS. We have set the retention
period for deleted items to zero. We have been testing with a users mailbox.
And when I add the deleted items (KB) colum I see that it is still at 2
million kb. We have deleted all items in the deleted items and I CANNOT
recover any deleted items anymore. I assume that the management process has
run through and marked them.

Why then does the deleted items colum still show that there is deleted items?
the size shows zero, and total items is 383.

Can someone explain what the colums are showing me.

thanks
