MAPI + Disclaimer
You cannot modify MAPI messages that are trapped in an SMTP transport event
sink
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/273233/
To resolve this problem, force all incoming messages to be in SMTP format.
What i want is to add a disclaimer to our all outgoing mails.
We have exchange 2000 server and outlook 2003 clients.

How can you help?

Cheers

Other people will tell you that there's a script you can use for this
but often forget that the mere fact that an administator posts a
question in these forums means that the admin is probably not too
confident with scripting and Event Sinks.

So, how to do this very quickly, reliably and cheaply? www.gfi.com has
Mail Essentials. The eval download will continue to do disclaimers
after the eval has expired (this is by design)

I don't actually know of an anti spam package that won't do a
disclaimer for you but it you're only using the IMF then look at Mail
Essentials for the easiest and, I would argue, best solution.
