I have an exchange 2k SP3 with latest rollups and patchs on win2k sp4 server, we have an email with large attachement which is stock in the queue, I tried to delete through Exchange System Manager but its not working, there is no error message it just stays there, all I can do is to freez it. I also deleted it from the queue folder manually after stopping SMTP and exchange service but it keeps comming back. Is there any other way to remove this?
Stop SMTP service then brows through SMTP queue folder. and delete the message physically from there. default location is c:\inetpub\mailroot\queue.
