Office 2003 - Exchange 2000: How do I set 1 mailbox to send its outbound mail at 2:00 am each day? I have a user who does mass promotion emailings from Word 2003 but there isn't a time parameter for scheduling the email merge. As soon as the user has finished....the mass emailing begins. They log on as the departmental mailbox to perform this funtion.
