add reminders to public folder items or shaerd mailbox items
Hi,

Is there any way to add reminders for individuals for items (messages,
tasks, appointments) that exist in either a public folder or a mailbox that
the individual has access to other than their own mailbox?

Thanks,
Mike

What is out there for add-ons? I'm looking at some way to track phone call
tasks that is centralized for users that can have follow up for phone calls.
I was thinking a public tasks folder might work if everyone could receive
reminders.
