Hi, I am running Exchange 2000+sp3 on Windows 2000+SP4 server. I have japanese and english users using Win XP + Office XP Japanese Version. recently i restored messages using exmerge utility.I cannot see japanese characters in the subject line (question mark and other characters are visible) but message body can display Japanese characters. However for new incomming messages the subject line is in Japanese. Pls advise how to solve this issue. Regards, Prashanth
