Viewing Attachments in OWA
Hello,

I'm using Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 Adv Srvr and I have a user stating
when he uses his home computer with Windows XP and opens his mailbox using
OWA he cannot view attachments. Normally in all other cases, when you open
an email in OWA, you will see the attachment name as a link in the header but
he is claiming he doesn't see that, just a paperclip icon and he cannot do
anything with it.
He confirmed he is using Windows XP and Internet Explorer.
Any ideas why his view is different from his home computer?
Thank you.

XP Home you say?
I wouldn't like to say what that piece of technological marvelery did
different but I'd make him check OWA from a corporate machine first,
just to see what you get.
Come back here and then we'll all know and try to walk you through the
next step. IE should be IE though!
