On Global Settings, Internet Message Formats you will see a page full
of ticks. What is not ticked?

Thank you for replying!
Everything on the page in question is checkmarked:
Allow out of office responses (checkmarked)
Allow automatic replies (checkmarked)
Allow automatic forward (checkmarked)
Allow delivery reports (checkmarked)
Allow non-delivery reports (checkmarked)
Preserve sender's display name on message (checkmarked)
Do you have any other suggestions, please?
Thanks again,

Re: Forwarding Mail to an External Recipient - Problem
Hi Sylvia
Do you already have a solution for your problem?
I also have a similar problem. In some cases email to the same mailbox don't
be forwarded automatically to an external mailbox. In the message tracking I
can see that a NDR report is generated.
I send all emails to a smarthost(SUN Mailserver). I changed the Message
Encoding to UUENCODE but the problem still exists.

Re: Forwarding Mail to an External Recipient - Problem
Hi Matthias,
No, we have not been able to solve this problem. As a workaround, we're
using the rules in Outlook to forward email to an external account, but we
really want to get this working at the server level.
Thanks for your reply.
