Recovery storage group on Exchange 2000   

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me is Recovery storage group feature is supported in
Exchange server 2000 ??
or is it only for Exchange 2003 ?? If yes , how to create it on
exchange 2000 ?

It is an Exchange 2003 feature.
