Mailbox Size Mismatch
I am not sure if this is an Exchange issue or an Outlook issue. We are
running Exchange 2000 SP3, and our clients or running Outlook 2003. I have a
user that when you check their folder sizes, the Local Data & Server Data
information is mismatch. an example is in his Deleted Folder Size. The
Local Data shows 99Mb, and the Server Data show 239Mb. Because he is a
laptop user, he does utilize Offline Files. How can I get these to show the
actual amount?? We have Synchronized his Outlook with the Server, but it is
still way off, and of course he receives, on a daily basis, that his mailbox
is over the limit.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you
Kevin
