Want to change name form "Global Address List" to a proper name   

Hi,

I would like to change the display as "Global Address List" to a proper name 
where the group to chose the intranet mail recipient list.

No, please no. Just leave it. Everyone on the planet knows it as
Global Address List, or "GAL".
If you want to do something different then create a new Address List
called whatever you want and you can configure the clients to display
this address list as its first list.
