creation of Exchange mailbox no longer populates Email addresses tab   

It was working before.  We created a 2nd recipient policy per KB319759.  Now 
when we right-click a user in ADUC and choose 'create Exchange mailbox' it 
doesn't populate the email tabs.

???

Any ideas appreciated.
