error code 0x9004010f configuring exchange2000 client   

Good day. I was trying to configure an outlook 2000 install to connect to 
exchange2000 and got the following error message when trying to add a user 
for a new mail account:

unknown error ; code 0x9004010f

Outlook was re-installed to no effect. Any ideas?
