Change attribute of Ex2k3 X400 connector object   

Hello,

Can I change a heuristics attribute's value of an EX2K3 X400 connector 
object situated in the configuration partition of AD thru scripting ADSI?  
Can i do this with a CSV or LDF file? 
Here's the path from ADSI:

CN=X400,CN=connections,CN=First Routing Group,CN=Routing Groups,CN=First 
Administrative Group,CN=Administrative 
Groups,CN=SOME_EXCHANGE_ORG,CN=Microsoft 
Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=SOME_DOMAIN_NAME,CN=COM
