X400 connector in mixed 2003/5.5 environment loses MTA passwords
Hi,

We've created an X400 connector between a 2003 server (site A) to 5.5 server
(site B). All the configuration information is entered and kept, except for
the local and remote MTA passwords blank out. It accepts the passwords, but
after a brief period, removes them.

We are having trouble having any messages go through the connectors even
though the costs are lower and am wondering if this is why.

Can someone explain if this is normal behaviour and if so, how are the
security settings kept to ensure both sides allow send and receive.

Thanks in advance for your input!

Ed
