So there seems that there would be one solution to two of my problems. I have IMAP clients that are able to pull email from my exchange server. They are not able to send email. This is a problem inside and outside the firewall. From outlook express Iâm getting a âThe connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Email', Server: 'outside.emailserver.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0Eâ error. (Basically connection refused right?) My client receive connector can receive email from 0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255. I have these options checked: TLS enabled, Basic Authentication, Offer Basic authentication only after starting TLS and Integrated Windows authentication. This is also happening to people that are using IPhones. (Which obviously uses IMAP and Secure SMTP). What can I do to get these clients able to send email? Thanks
This is an exchange 2007 issue. I put it in the wrong group. Sorry about that "Preguntalo" wrote: > So there seems that there would be one solution to two of my problems.
