Exchange 2000 SMTP outbound question
Dear sir,

Is that any method for me to set specify destination use "smart host".
Another, use direct connect?
Because I have a "specify destination" seems not accept my Exchange
connection.

Re: Exchange 2000 SMTP outbound question
In the SMTP connector is an option to smart host all emails.

Re: Exchange 2000 SMTP outbound question
I wanna only one "specified destination" use smart host to relay, not all.
Anyway update patch can let me modify it?
I knew this smart host option, but I will caused all my mail relay to a
single host.

Re: Exchange 2000 SMTP outbound question
Hi,

You can have 2 SMTP connectors:

1.) smarthost with the desired domain name on the address space tab

2.) deliver using DNS.

This way all the desired SMTP mails will go to the smarthost and all others
will be delivered thru DNS lookups.
