We created a new user account and added an email account to it several days later. The email account works fine for internal email within our domain, but can't send or receive email outside our domain. All email to/from outside our domain disappears. There are no undeliverable messages or any messages of any kind. Nothing shows up in the Exchange queues. The emails just seem to evaporate. Internal and external email is working fine for the other 60+ users in our domain. I've already tried deleting and re-creating the email account and waiting a full day for Exchange to run it's maintenance routines. But that didn't help. Everything on the account properties looks correct. We're on Exchange 6.5 running Windows Server 2003. This one is killing me! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Doug
Hi, Enable message tracking and see if that helps find where the messages go.
