Starting to get the following error: You do not have permission to send to 
this recipient. For Assistance, contact your system administrator. <your 
domain.com> #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for user@externaldomain.com

The users that are sending the messages are sending them to an external 
email address. Sometimes if you wait a day or so then the messages will start 
going through.
