Outlook Web Access and Internet Explorer 6   

Hello  - I have one individual that connects outside the building to our 2000 
Exchange Server using OWA through IE 6.  They can open one to two emails and 
then their machine completely freezes and they have to reboot.  I loaded 
Mozilla on the same machine and it works fine.  We would prefer to use IE but 
I'm not sure what is causing the freezing problem.  Any ideas?

And happens ONLY for your OWA, no other web site? Does this user experience 
the same problem on other computers (corrupt email?) and what about 
different users on same box?
