Exchange remote sites   

I have the following environment:
1. Windows 2003 domain. 
2. Exchange 2003 server in one site. 
3. Site to site vpn connection between my site & a remote one. 

I want to: 
1. Install DC in the remote site. 
2. Install Exchange 2003 server in the remote site.
3. Configure the server in the remote site to be the gateway for outgoing 
mail.


Where can I read some documentation on those 3 specific subjects?
