I have exchange server 2003 behind a hardware firewall. One of my users wants to use his PDA (which has internet access) to access his inbox remotely. I am struggling to find any KB articles about how to set this up. I would be grateful for any pointers. Thanks in advance Gary

Thanks Leif , I've resolved it. It turned out to be SOPHOS puremessage on the server. New version fixed it.
