Outlook, VPN, and Wireless Connection Problem   

I am having problems with Outlook synch using a wireless internet connection 
across the VPN.  I can connect to the VPN sometimes, but Outlook will not 
connect.  My users work fine if they are plugged directly into their routers. 
 The routers are different at each location.  Any suggestions would be great.
