fax problems in sbs 2003   

hi,
i recently installed a fax modem pci on windows server 2003 small business 
server with exchange server and in fax(local) properties the checkbox 
"disable the recepetion of new faxes" is turned on and when i turn off this 
option and click on apply gives me a checkbox error: unexpected error, and 
im logged with the administrator account

anyone can help me resolve this?
