Hi all, Few days ago a user from our remote studio 1 emailed a distribution list (members of the list were all from the same studio 1) and some people received the email and some didn’t. Yesterday, a member of a remote studio 2 emailed a member within the same studio 2 and the recipient never received the email and the sender definitely sent it. Our MD from the main office sent an email to the remote studio 1 director and that resulted in a lost message as well. In all of the cases, the sender did not receive an NDR message from the server! Our Exchange 2000 server (SP3) is in our main office and the remote studios are connected by VPN. The problem seems to be intermittent. Help! Anyone. Please Thanks Roberto
Hi, Enable message tracking and see if this will help you determine where the emails disappears. Also make sure that your file-level antivirus program is properly configured - see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823166&Product=exchange Leif "Roberto" skrev i en meddelelse news:3A991F37-4D25-45C6-82B9-FA14C28F6CC2@microsoft.com... > Hi all, > > Few days ago a user from our remote studio 1 emailed a distribution list > (members of the list were all from the same studio 1) and some people > received the email and some didn't.
