Hi: While installing Exchnage 2000 SP3 on Physical node in exchange 2000 cluster environemt , I am getting following error'Setup failed while installing sub-component Routing engine with error code 0xC103798A(please consule log files for details). From log files I see follwoign error Error code 0XC103798A (31114): An internal component has failed. [10:06:59] Leaving CAtomRoutingEngine::ScServicePackUpdate [10:06:59] mode = 'Update' (61957) CBaseAtom::ScSetup (y:\admin\src\udog\setupbase\basecomp\baseatom.cxx:788) Error code 0XC103798A (31114): An internal component has failed. I cannot proceed with Service pack 3 installation. Any help will be great. Thanks PB
Hi, it seems that you have problems with MS DTC, please check that DTC is running on all nodes of the cluster, when you start SP3 setup.
