We've had several users reporting problems accessing OWA with IE - not sure if this is an IE issue or Exchange 2000 issue. The users can connect to our site, are prompted to login, then receive a "Page Can Not Be Displayed" error message. This doesn't happen to all users - I can access our corporate site without any trouble and none of the computers inside our corporate network have trouble - but is happening to an increasing number of people outside our network. The problem first began to appear at users trying to connect from Kinko's Copy Centers. IE would generate a Page Not Displayed error while Netscape would open OWA without any trouble. This problem was previously posted in the IE area where it generated no response. Thanks jw
We've been having the same problem for years and have never been able to resolve it 100%. I'd love to know what help you get. JW- I've seen this problem with some of my users. Here is whats worked for me - In IE under the Tools menu select Internet Options, go to the Connections tab and select the LAN settings button. If its checked, have them uncheck "Automatically detect settings". Apply the settings close out of IE and try again. JW, Just for the heck of it, what happens if you uncheck 'Enable Integrated Windows Authentication' under Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced, in your IE settings?
