Corrupt (??) Clients
I'm not sure if this is a question for the Exchange group or the Outlook
group so will try both.

I have about 30 users on our Exchange server (2000). All of them work just
fine except 2. Those 2 exhibit similar symptoms when in Outlook (XP sp3??).
It usually happens when they start to create a message but can happen at
other times. Outlook just seems to freeze on them. If they wait long enough
it might come back or it might not.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled their Outlook. Can individual Exchange
boxes get to where they just don't work well?

Thanks for any help you can give.

If you've had these users log into different workstations & use different
mail profiles & you still see the problem, there's something funky going
on - but it's most likely a client-side problem. Try creating new mail
profiles. Disable Word as e-mail editor. Check the event logs for clues.
