None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
Hi,

One of the people at my job is getting messages bouncing back some of the
times that he's sending mail to a handful of people. It's always the same
people, but sometimes the message goes through, and sometimes it bounces.

Any ideas on why this happens?

Thanks!

Jeff

Re: None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
Hi Jeff,

This problem may be caused by both Outlook client side and Exchange server
side, so please help to collect more information to isolate it. Your effort
will be appreciated.

1. My understanding of this problem is: when he sends message to a group,
he will receive a NDR message. I'd like to clarify whether his message is
undeliverable to the whole group or some certain recipients in this group?

2. Please paste the context of the NDR message in the post, so we can help
to further research.

3. Whether this group is an internal recipient or external recipient?

4. Does this problem only occur to the particular one in your office? If
so, does he use the same Exchange server as that you use?

5. If you can log on to the Exchange server, please use Message Tracking
Center to track the problematic message. Which step does the message stop
on.

Thanks for your time collecting the info above.
