I have users reporting periodically that they can see someone else's email in OWA. We have Exch 2000 and Winows 2000 server. We are using Basic Authentication because of a large number of Mac clients. Any ideas as to what to look for? Kerberos is enabled. Thanks.
I have seen this too when using my account, which is privileged. To replicate the problem I simply go directly to my BE server as http://ourBEserver/exchange/myemailaddress@company.com. This prompts me for a login and then I get into my mailbox. I can change the url to be http://ourBEserver/exchange/someoneelsesemailaddress@company.com and their mailbox pops right up. I tried this last night just playing around and right now I don't have an answer. Isn't someone from Microsoft obligated to respond to these questions?
