We are running Exchange 2000 on our server and Outlook 2003 (on Windows XP) at our client workstations. I have a user that needs 2 email accounts (SMTP). I added the second email address in Active directory with out any problems. The email sent to the second address shows up in his Outlook inbox. But when he replies to the message from his second email address, exchange changes it to his primary address. Is there a way to use the second address in his replies? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! -- --- Daniel Hargreaves, RAS, CSI ASD & SD Graphics www.archsymb.com
There can only be one default reply address and you cannot choose them on the fly. You would have to make another account for them to use and have a different reply address and then they could use the From line or just use another mailbox for the secondary address. -- Scott Harding MCSE, MCSA, A+, Network+ Microsoft MVP - Windows NT Server "Daniel Hargreaves" wrote in message news:%23DKuZAPRFHA.248@TK2MSFTNGP15.phx.gbl... > We are running Exchange 2000 on our server and Outlook 2003 (on Windows > XP) at our client workstations. > > I have a user that needs 2 email accounts (SMTP).
