I am sure that this must have come up before but can't find it, and apologise if this is the case. I support a 2000 Server with half a dozen remote users who usually access email via Outlook and a VPN. One user however is having difficulty with this - he is on a seemingly slow broadband connection and it keeps timing out on him. Trying to access his email via OWA is fine unless he tries creating a new email or tries to reply to one. The new message window opens and everything is ok except for the message pane which is empty except for a small white square with a red cross (like when an image cannot be downloaded). He is using Windows XP/IE7, although I can replicate the problem on Vista/IE7 on my machine. I have recently rebuilt his PC as he had issues with other software. All other issues are not resolved and we are left with this one. I don't think the problem is on the server as OWA works fine when using Firefox as the browser. tia
