When one of our users tries to synch in Outlook he receives the following error message: Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x00040820) : 'Errors in background synchronization. In most cases, further information is available in a synchronization log in the Deleted Items folder. The problem is when I go to his deleted items folder the log file is not there. Any help on this issue would be greatly apprecaited. Exchange 2000 server and Outlook 2003 Thanks Brian
