When users go to log off OWA they are prompted for their password again. It doesn't accept their password. They have to cancel, and at this point they get "Error: Access is Denied" instead of the log off screen. This occurs for remote access to OWA, i.e. when not logged into the domain directly on the network.
Try enabling anonymous access for your default website and see if this helps. "TREE65" wrote: > When users go to log off OWA they are prompted for their password again. Anonymous access was already enabled on the default website. Make sure that there are no boxes checked under Authenticated access for the default web page. Thanks for the suggestion. Integrated Windows Authentication was checked. I un-checked it and restarted the default website, but I still have the same problem.
