I have a user running OL 2002 and each time the user opens OL the following message is displayed: Rules in Error, Server-Requested Client Action MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg. The user does not have any rules configured, and I setup the profile on another workstation to make sure it wasn't OL and the problem did follow the user account, which tells me the problem is with the Exchange server. Any idea whats generating this message? Thanks, Alvin
