I would like to create a rule to forward all external incoming mail and external outgoing mail to an internal address. The key here is, I don't want to forward any internal incoming mail, but only external email using rules. Is there an easy way to do this within Outlook 2003? We are using Exchange 2003 for internal and external email's. Thanks

Barring that, you can start playing with rules in OL2003 to see what can be done - but I'd find this tedious, and would certainly not want to manage it on multiple mailboxes/profiles. It would be nightmarish.
